Rules and Guidelines
1.) Merchants are permitted to set-up directly in front of their store, no more than 10 feet from the curb.
2.) Set-up is between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Saturday July 8, 2017. If you are bringing a vehicle to site, please use your store's rear parking, or enter the event site at West 4th & Maple
3.) The event officially runs from 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM. All merchants must be set-up and ready for business at 10:30 AM. Vehicles must be clear of site by 10:00 AM.
4.) No vehicles are allowed on the event site after 10:00 AM. Parking is not provided, please use your store's rear parking or make alternative arrangements.
5.) All merchants serving food, or alcohol are responsible for their own applications, permits, and licenses. Click here for more information.
6.) All merchants need to be self-contained and self-sufficient. Merchants are required to supply their own food preparation equipment, display materials, lighting, weatherproofing, and flooring (if necessary). Water and power access are not available from the event organizers - please use your store's power/water. Cable mats will be required.
7.) The event organizers reserve the right to close any booth deemed in violation of local, city, or event ordinances, or anything considered to be detrimental to the success of the event.
8.) Merchants are required to man and supervise their own space during hours of operation.
9.) Merchant space is not transferable nor may it be subdivided without prior agreement of the event organizers.
10.) Storefront space that is not reserved may be be utilized by an outside vendor.
