Rules & Guidelines
1.) All vendors need to be self-contained and self-sufficient. If a generator is required it must be silent. Vendors are required to supply their own food preparation equipment, hand-wash stations, display materials, lighting, weatherproofing, and flooring (if necessary). Water and power access are not available from the event organizers.
2.) Set-up is between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Saturday July 7, 2018.
3.) The event officially runs from 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM. All food vendors must be set-up and ready for business at 10:30 AM for health inspections.
4.) Non essential vehicles are not allowed on the event site after 10:00 AM. Parking is not provided, please make alternative arrangements.
5.) The event organizers reserve the right to close any booth deemed in violation of local, city, or event ordinances, or anything considered to be detrimental to the success of the event.
6.) Vendors are required to staff and supervise their own space during hours of operation.
7.) Vendor space is not transferable nor may it be subdivided without prior agreement of the event organizers.
8.) We ask that you please provide at least 5 food vouchers for us to use to feed staff, crew, and volunteers.
9.) Food Vendors are responsible to provide their own shims to prop their trucks/trailers up to level ground. There a good chance you will be placed on a slope.
10.) We want Khatsahlano to be a Zero Waste site! You are responsible for the removal of all garbage generated in your area. Failure to do so may result in a $150 fine.
